Please be sure you are ordering correctly at checkout once order is submitted you have 24hrs to cancel. Once item has been shipped you cannot cancel if you get item and decide you do not want it there is a $75 restocking charge and you pay to have it shipped back! Hair must be in same conditioned and must not be opened if hair isn't in original condition or seems to be played with it will be returned back to you!
